Slashed |
- dough to rise around 2 hrs
- divide 4 & roll
- leave 30mins & then slash
- preheat oven at 230 add steam at level 3, bake 8mins,
then turn down to 180 (w/o steam), bake 10mins,
off oven leave for 5mins,
