wholemeal Baguette

Wholemeal Bread Flour 500g

1-day before preparation

Starter :
bread flour  120g
water  100ml
yeast  1/8 tsp

Dough:
Starter
bread flour 380
water  250ml
yeast  2 tsp


Slashed
  1. dough to rise around 2 hrs
  2. divide 4 & roll
  3. leave 30mins & then slash
  4. preheat oven at 230 add steam at level 3, bake 8mins,
    then turn down to 180 (w/o steam), bake 10mins,
    off oven leave for 5mins,
